travelled with my baby, spent 8 nights here and had a perfect stay. the personnel were amicable and attentive. the rooms were great value for money and new-fashioned and included central heating, an iron and tv etc.

The bathroom fan was underwhelming, leading to moisture issues that created mold on items like the rattan mirror. Sound travelled easily through the thin walls. We could hear guests chatting next door, though it wasn't overly disruptive. Definitely not a place for silence seekers.

Some trip hazards around the hotel, particularly steep steps without rails. Pool access could be tricky due to large entry step. Rooms on the small side, fine for solo travelers but less spacious for couples. Smoky air during outdoor breakfast from nearby guests.

I almost considered saying something nice, but honestly, the bathroom fan was disappointingly underwhelming and the check-in process was a bit chaotic. I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a room with decent amenities, but i guess that's too much to ask. Not impressed at all.

Casa amarelo guesthouse was amazin! Super clean and comfy. Paulo is just the best host ever. The kitchen area was really nice with everything you might need for some light cooking, and there was a fab coffee machine too. Loved the rooftop terrace. Great location, quiet but close to the beach and old town!

The shower was a bit small so it was easy to knock the door open. The toilet was kinda crammed next to the washbasin.

A cute stay with fantastic facilities

We felt welcomed by Fabiana, who made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious and modern, complete with a fridge and hairdryer. The rooftop terrace was a perfect suntrap, and the shared kitchen was neat and had a fantastic coffee machine that kept us caffeinated. The location was tops. Just a short walk to the old town and the beach! Just be aware of the steep stairs to the outdoor area.

The room we stayed in stood out for its cleanliness and modern amenities. The helpful website provided excellent recommendations for activities and nearby dining options, which we found quite useful. The garden view from our room was relaxing and added to the overall ambiance of our stay.

The check-in process felt slightly disorganized, which delayed our access to the room.

The rooftop pool area was awesome, and the kitchen was fully stocked and clean! Fabiana even celebrated my birthday with cupcakes!

Convenient location 🏖️ This place is just a short walk away from the beach and close to the Church of Sant'ana. it's only a 10-minute walk to downtown from here.

I loved the peaceful location of Casa Amarela Guesthouse, it's really close to the old town and the center. The staff was attentive all the time. My twin room was equipped with central heating, an iron, and a TV set. The private bathroom with a bath was a plus.
